Santa Fe, N.M. – Conservation Voters New Mexico (CVNM), through its coordinated political action committee CVNM Action Fund, endorsed Cynthia Hall for the District 1 seat on the Public Regulation Commission (PRC).

“Commissioner Hall has been a strong voice on the PRC for New Mexico’s nation-leading Energy Transition Act and the groundbreaking decision to replace the coal-fired San Juan Generating Station’s power with 100% renewables,” said CVNM’s Political and Policy Director Ben Shelton. “PRC commissioners have to be prepared to make decisions on complicated and consequential telecoms, transportation and utility issues. Commissioner Hall came prepared with a wealth of prior experience as legal counsel to the PRC, the Public Service Commission and the Energy Minerals and Natural Resources Department.”
